Terms of Service – Pumping Solutions

Welcome to Pumping Solutions! By purchasing products or scheduling a consultation with our lactation consultant, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Purchases & Policies

1.1 Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, breast pump flanges and inserts are non-refundable once opened. These items come into direct contact with human milk and cannot be resold or reused for health reasons.

1.2 Returns & Exchanges

  • Unopened, unused flanges and inserts may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if they remain in their original packaging with safety seals intact.

  • If you purchased the incorrect size, you may exchange it for the correct size, provided the item is sealed and unused.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent incorrectly or is found to be defective.

1.3 Product Donations

If you have unused flanges or inserts that you no longer need, you may donate them to help other pumping parents. Please email support@breastfeedinglatinas.org for donation arrangements.

2. Lactation Consultations

2.1 Booking & Payment

  • All lactation consultations must be scheduled in advance through our website or direct communication.

  • Payment is required to confirm your appointment at the time of booking.

  • If you require financial assistance, please contact us to discuss potential options.

2.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once at no additional cost.

  • If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you forfeit your payment and will need to rebook a new session.

2.3 Scope of Service

  • Lactation consultations are informational and educational. They do not replace medical advice from a physician or healthcare provider.

  • Any recommendations provided are based on current lactation knowledge and best practices, but individual results may vary.

  • Clients remain responsible for their healthcare decisions and should consult a healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

3. Limitation of Liability

Pumping Solutions is not responsible for the following:

  • Any misuse or improper handling of purchased items.

  •  Allergic reactions or complications arising from product use.

  • Medical conditions related to lactation or infant feeding; clients should seek appropriate medical care.
