Pumping Solutions – Shipping Policy

At Pumping Solutions, we are committed to providing fast and reliable service to ensure you receive your breast pump flanges, replacement parts, and infant feeding products in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Delivery Areas & Methods
1.1 Local Hand Delivery

Hand delivery is available within Philadelphia, Southeast New Jersey, and Delaware counties.

Orders eligible for local delivery will be coordinated directly with the customer to arrange a convenient drop-off time.

Same-day or next-day delivery may be available, depending on order volume and location.
1.2 Standard Shipping

For customers outside our local delivery area, orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier processing times. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days for most orders.
2. Order Processing & Tracking
2.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.2 Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (for standard shipping orders).

If you select local hand delivery, you will receive a message confirming your scheduled drop-off time.
3. Shipping Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or high order volumes. Pumping Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered:

Orders that have not yet shipped may be updated by contacting us immediately.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed, and if the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or has been missed, please contact us. Within 48 hours of delivery, please send us photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
6. International Shipping
Currently, Pumping Solutions does not offer international shipping. Orders are limited to U.S. customers only.
