Pumping Solutions – Return & Exchange Policy for Flanges and Inserts

At Pumping Solutions, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Due to the personal nature of breast pump flanges and inserts and their contact with human milk, these items are non-refundable once opened.

However, if the item is in its original, unopened packaging, it may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased the incorrect size, we are happy to offer an exchange for the correct size, provided the item remains sealed and unused.

Additionally, if you have unused flanges or inserts that you no longer need, you may donate them to support other pumping parents. To arrange a donation, please email us at support@breastfeedinglatinas.org.
